Nutrition
Good health starts with good food. Whole food is foundational to preventing and resolving disease and helps to amplify all that is already beneficial and well within your body. It has helped me to heal my gut and as a result, my entire system. Michael Pollan got it right, "eat food, not too much, mostly plants." I am available to cook meals at home with you to support your healthful lifestyle with nutritional adaptations.

The book Healing with Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford has been a great resource to me along my journey. I believe it is one of the best Chinese Medicine nutrition books available and base many of my suggestions on it. Another pivotal book in my cooking life has been Ani Phyo's Raw Foods. It is my #1 go-to in the kitchen. As much as possible, I encourage growing and buying fresh vegetables, cooking your own meals with others, and engaging in or supporting regenerative agriculture to maintain healthful, nutrient-rich soils and souls!
