Due to the high cost of the herbs in this tea, it comes in two sizes only: small) ¾ cup of loose herbs in a sealed brewing pouch made of natural cellulose fibers such as wood pulp and abaca (manila hemp), plus human-made thermoplastic fibers for heat-sealability/durability, whitened with hydrogen peroxide, and contain no glue; and medium) 2 cups of loose herb in a 100% compostable poly-lined paper bag. The small pouch can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week after first use and re-used several times before it is ready for compost or can be used to brew one large pot of tea at a time to share with friends and family.

Products are shipped within two business days (Mon - Fri) of purchase, excluding holidays determined by common freight carriers. For each order, the shipping method that provides best value and delivery speed is selected. Standard shipping methods include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or similar charges which may be imposed beyond ordinary shipping charges.
Deliveries from the United States to Canada may take an average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, you can request a delivery receipt from the delivery company. If the product has not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, you as the customer are entitled to a full refund.
