You don’t need to be sick or injured to try acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine can and can be an active part of any wellness regimen; it is one of the best methods of prevention for overall wellness and longevity! Acupuncture, herbs, bodywork, whole foods/nutrition, regular forms of your favorite exercise, and time spent in nature can help to reduce the inherent life stressors that cause premature aging, keep our nervous systems wired, and eventually lead to disease. They help to build strong immune systems to prevent illness. It’s like getting your car’s oil changed periodically, lubricating the engine with clean, clear oil and allowing it to keep running smoothly. It needs to be done regularly, before problems develop.
Allow yourself to make these changes at your own pace; change doesn't happen overnight and you don’t have to do it alone.
I am committed to helping you relax, chill out, destress, and detox, and to helping you tune in and tune up!
Don’t wait until your body says, “stop!” Allow your body to keep running smoothly for many more years by taking care of it now.
