For each order, the shipping method that provides best value and delivery speed is selected. Standard shipping methods include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or similar charges which may be imposed beyond ordinary shipping charges.
Deliveries from the United States to Canada may take an average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, you can request a delivery receipt from the delivery company. If the product has not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, you as the customer are entitled to a full refund.
